11-story high-end residential building with 8 apartment units, a 2-story penthouse and ground level parking.
Our intervention included the design development of the project’s facade and social areas on the ground level. It was inspired by the 2013 apartment market’s trend in the city of Santo Domingo with a focus on a contemporary look, bold colors and the use of pre-cast concrete, colored concrete and an illuminated facade.
